Medical Genomics was formed in 2000 with the aim to provide predictive genetic testing services to individuals who value their health and want to be in control of their destiny. Since then, we have expanded our operations into related areas or human genetics, such as
paternity testing and DNA diagnostics. Our
R&D division, which was formed at the onset of our activity, makes an important contribution to the study of genes implicated in disease development and finding associations between genes, environment and conditions.
The consulting branch of Medical Genomics was formed in 2003 and is assisting new and already established biotech businesses to improve their efficiency in the highly competitive, exciting and fast moving industry. Besides giving support with
commercialisation and business development we also provide
scientific consultancy services, helping researches with designing, planning and day-to-day running of their experiments.
In 2004, the Sales division of Medical Genomics was reorganised in order to enable us to provide researches with
tools for genetic discovery. We offer scientists a unique choice of enzymes for gene cloning and molecular biology and a range of
biochemicals vital for their work.
At Medical Genomics our goal is to create innovative approaches to enable efficient diagnostics of the predisposition to various diseases. In ushering the new era of more effective medicine we use the integrated medical approach which combines the knowledge of genetics, physiology and other areas of biology with the state of the art technology and quality of our people.
